Our IT team is vital in supporting our frontline staff and we expect you to work tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of SU’s systems, demonstrating skills in hardware set up, software support and troubleshooting IT-related issues reported by users. In running a responsive helpdesk you must be able to interact well with a wide variety of users and varying levels of technical ability.
An excellent knowledge and experience of Windows 7, 10 and Microsoft Office as well as a good understanding of basic network protocols such as DHCP and DNS are required to operate effectively in this role.

PT Salary £10,156-£10,951 per annum (dependent on experience) plus generous pension scheme.
